Clear sky or high cloud cover and no heat retention, frost layers thickly on the windshield of the Caravan, and I don't want to scrape it off like yesterday, I will ride the motorcycle for my joy. I don't have a lot, the threat of needing a pace maker doesn't make me happy. The attitude of the Cardiologist's staff and my reception - can you pay? are you sure? doesn't make me think my survival is based on anything save the ability of my insurance folks to pump out dollars. It isn't bitingly cold yet, but it is a wake up and pay attention type, don't fear falling asleep as I lean around the corners and roll on the throttle.
I, says I, need to start to get serious about good exercise program and healthier choices. So I will start tomorrow -- which is exactly the wrong answer. That has been my answer for several months now, the most I have been doing is measuring, taking my medications and walking to the dock, mostly. Hardly a real effort to survive and be a beautiful crabby old man. Which is all I have left, not enough time for chasing women that would be interested in the chase. 214 pounds of more than me should be. I do need to start, tomorrow and that means today....

Still hiding out back here, but exercising more...

Weight 208.6 pounds, BP 160/89 Hr 42 that is the bad news
For good news, I fell out of my bed at almost six this morning, thought I had six more inches of mattress and only had one. Interesting, not hurt save the pride.
I kept to a good morning schedule, measure, devotions, check email, breakfast, 30x3 exercises, and jogged for 38 minutes almost 39. 297 calories 35% fat ones, Hr 125 Zone 32m14s Exercised time 38m59s. Good thoughts and shave and shower, time to go.
Walked down to dock, good work done at the library, finished a book cart and turned it in for purchase and processing. Came home to fine meal and wrestling and did forty rounds of dry fire on AQT with my M1 Garand.

yes, I can't hide nor exercise properly it seems...
Been wrapped up in self and bombarding me with electronic noise, television and computers, my fault. My friend Hal says I could get down to 180 pounds and I know how, but I just have to do it. Since I don't he thinks I am okay being me at 210 pounds, sigh. Don't you hate it when friends tell you what you don't want to see, but know anyway? Shouldn't, if they will tell you then they really are friends, if they don't they are something like your local politician, go with the friends.
I weigh 211.02 pounds, BP is 133/97, Heart rate 44, did my dry fire for forty rounds, three positions for the four stages, did 30 reps of the basic three, did jog for 193calories, 50% fat, HR of 105 (hardly enough) Zone 24m44s Exercised 40m11s. Might need to think about a new battery or heart rate monitor. Did three Chin up hangs when I returned. See what I can do tonight, stretches would be a good thing, dry fire positions with M1 and leather sling and shooting jacket.
