Driving back on the 29th, I decided I didn't have a heart attack, but some kind of obstruction that when I am seated caused air to go into my stomach which I burp back up. And when standing the obstruction makes my cough response trigger and I cough up nothing for no reason. If the obstruction is removed (?) I might even be able to jog again. Breathing with open mouth seems to help. Will schedule a doctor visit, but no more pills. I seem to have posted my complaints about the direction of the RWVA and Appleseed on the Shoot Boss's area of the internet, have had some interesting responses.

Time to shape up or crawl off and die...

Didn't exercise nor jog while on my mad motorcycle trip across the US. It really shows. But if I want to live longer I need to get back on the feet and on the road.

That last day and jog/walk was alarming, didn't have any jog left after about twenty minutes - just gone, I walked back home. Walking counts but the recliner and electronic noise is going to kill me. I need off the computers and the television, really.
