Sunday and God is Good, all the time...

Took the rain day as a goof off day yesterday, it really wasn't bad enough to stop me, but I am easy to sway to the bad side. I did some experimenting with the Furey exercises.

My wife answered the telephone at 6:30 this morning, and spent thirty minutes talking to her minister from Germany, who has been preaching in Alaska fhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifor the last few years. When it came time to sending their regards my wife referred to me as "Big Belly-ed" no longer a slim trim fighting machine, which is long ago and far away. Sigh.

Anyway, I am a little excited by the idea of doing USA4corners in September, while my wife is in Korea. And stopping in San Diego to see my son's family after the last corner, recovering and then riding north on I-5. Sounds like a plan. Cost for record is $100, then gasoline. Practice for this run is the Dungey Family Reunion in Illinois near my cousin's home.

I need to start exercising during the fuel and rest stops, because the body doesn't move enough while seated on aircraft or motorcycles, so Matt Furey is a basic three, and I will have to do my first today. Wish me luck, going to do it or die trying.

A sad mess I am...


Almost Mother's Day, and I weigh 244.2 pounds, let me blame it on my Thyroid and its destruction at the hands of the blood pressure medicines. Probably no truth in that, but it would be better than I thinking that I am not moving enough or eating too much or just sitting around watching mindless television for my education.

7 May, 2011 woke 0530, wife is off to early prayer and church cleaning.
Weight 244.2 Pounds, all mine, sixty extra pounds to lug around.
Blood Pressure 146/86 Heart rate 40 bpm

Have two priorities for use of computer, Family Tree, and Quicken Accounts

Have one priority for exercise - daily jogging, getting better, faster, longer

Still can I concentrate on so little or will I be distracted? Yeah, don't bet on it.
