Notice the paunch? Yes, when I went shooting yesterday I had trouble with the sitting position and pulse throbs, all that fat to compress works against the belt and only the body is plastic... if I loose the belt and drop thirty pounds over all, I will not have to worry about the throb.
In a couple of days I will be sixty-one working on seventy-some, I can do so much better. I did thirty minutes on the treadmill last night with five pound dumb bells, and that is a start.
