yes, I can't hide nor exercise properly it seems...

Been wrapped up in self and bombarding me with electronic noise, television and computers, my fault. My friend Hal says I could get down to 180 pounds and I know how, but I just have to do it. Since I don't he thinks I am okay being me at 210 pounds, sigh. Don't you hate it when friends tell you what you don't want to see, but know anyway? Shouldn't, if they will tell you then they really are friends, if they don't they are something like your local politician, go with the friends.

I weigh 211.02 pounds, BP is 133/97, Heart rate 44, did my dry fire for forty rounds, three positions for the four stages, did 30 reps of the basic three, did jog for 193calories, 50% fat, HR of 105 (hardly enough) Zone 24m44s Exercised 40m11s. Might need to think about a new battery or heart rate monitor. Did three Chin up hangs when I returned. See what I can do tonight, stretches would be a good thing, dry fire positions with M1 and leather sling and shooting jacket.

Okay Doctor Oz, I am getting ready...


Haven't been back here in a long time, but my wife is away and I can play. So I went jogging gently today. Calories only 205, but 50% were fat ones, Hr 106, Zone 26m30s, Exercised 40m39s. So I am not dead yet, although 61 and more than a half years old. Got to keep moving.

I did go shooting in the afternoon, target above, carrying my pistol concealed under the belt upon the sagging belly flab, by the end of the day I had wear marks, back to shoulder carry for concealment and definitely comfort.

Feeling like I am getting stronger...

The stomach isn't sagging as much, a bit tighter, the stepping out is longer and stronger, the muscles tighter just enough - of course the fat still sits covering much I wish it didn't, but as I go it will, too.

Talked to one of the younger ferry boat captains, he is looking for a program to get healthier before he feels too old and out of it. I recommend Younger Next Year... for the doctor's wisdom.

After jogging went into work mode on yard, good practice for sitting position on shooting. Too much sun, so head arms and hands are burnt, I did finally put a hat on before I got Sunstroke - Mad Dogs and Englishmen came to mind.
