Starting all over, get it right...

50x3 basic exercises, Treadmill Program 216 calories, 50% fat, Hr 106, Zone 18m12s Exercise 30m W2D
Oiled the leather sling on the M1 yesterday, will have to work on positions and dry fire tonight, more exercises, lighter meals and no flour, rice or potatoes - no cakes and cookies and candies. Goal weight is 180 pounds, strong and flexible and getting there is going to take turning off the noise.
