Jog 357 calories, 45% fat, Heart rate 117, Zone 33m 20s, Exercise 36m 51s did 30 reps of the basic three, no break between, 3 HU. No motorcycle today, I will walk to dock. I did take out the .22 rifles today and fired a couple of dry rounds, sitting position, have to get some good sling instructions for the target rifle. Postal match from SailorCurt to shoot early Saturday and email results to him quickly. Deadline is midnight in another time zone or so. Still, it is time for rifle shooting.

Don't turn on the computer...
Because if you do you will go looking at Tam, Breda or Brigit for entertainment. Sigh, I am so weak. Well, temptations come in various packages, I read Frank and Kim, too. Then I did stop and comment on The Sandbox. So my first hour plus of life was enriched and such by my time there, or I really am just a receiver, so sad.
My dreams were strange, Ligonier kind of, motorcycles watching my brother take off and wreck on mine because I was distracted by some secret meeting or message to my girl friend which was one of two in my life but neither. A dream about youth that hardly seems possible. I warn my brother in email, he will laugh it off if he is smart and watch his riding.
I do the medications, weigh and measure, 203.5 pounds and blood pressure is 129/75 with a heart rate of 43 bpm. I finally break away from the computer and have breakfast gruel and do three strong slow chin ups, then a pull up hang. Out the door for my gentle jog, anything is better than nothing - remember that and work it, talk doesn't exercise anything save tongue and lips. I have put the trash out, water the front lawn while I sweat and the jog was cool and good. 331 calories 50% fat, Hr 111 bpm, Zone 25.58, Exercise 38.19. Will have to do more later.

Catch up and start over...
I turned on the electronics again. And without exercise in its place I ate flour products and became a fat fellow again. Turn off the electronix.

Saturday weight 206.0 pounds, blood pressure 127/76, heart rate 41 bpm. I heat then eat my gruel, turn the cable on Bluegrass and go do 2 full chin ups and a half a hang. Then I am out to jog, gently 301 calories burnt, 55% of them fat, average heart rate 109 bpm, Zone 19m25s, Exercised 38m02s. Such a slug, watched the start of the STP bicycle race go by on 156th, every year they are looking good, and I am just slugging along. I do my fifty reps of the basic three exercises befor I go shooting with my wife on Fort Lewis.

Today is nice enough to sweat and share...
Weight today is 203.5 pounds, blood pressure is 135/81, pulse is 83 (cut it in half). I do 2 1/2 chin ups twice around my breakfast gruel - I cheated myself and went on the blogs and looked around a bit. I went out to jog, the day is wonderfully perfect. 606 calories burnt, 45% fat ones, average heart rate was 117 bpm, Zone for 55m33s, Exercised for 1h2m40s. Got glass of fruit juice from wife when I returned, flattened two mole hills in the front yard, did my 50 reps of the basic three exercises and hung for three on the chin up bar. Will walk to the dock this morning, the day is that beautiful.
